Business summits organised in the best of locations are a common phenomenon today. With competition increasing, it is only obvious that companies do think of different ways by which they can gather and make their best talents think and be together. But what is it that makes employees and executives equally enthusiastic about these business summits? This was one question which was at the back of my mind for the past few days and this was what I wanted to ask when I got to meet a few top CEO's, CFO's and top level business executives at an event recently. I popped up the question in a rather casual manner to a CFO friend of mine and it did not take him a minute to give a dozen reasons.
